One of the best properties I have stayed in, when returning to Quebec this will always be my first option. So much dining and a big mall with an amusement park inside across the street. Room was in great condition very spacious.

Staff are friendly. When i went in the room there's that intense smell. I told the fromt desk they came put some spray but after a while the smell didn't come off so he went back with another spray more stronger. There was booger sticks on the head of the bed and beside the mirror at the entrance. Very disgusting. The morning i was taking my shower and the switch broke. The guy at the front desk told me for the disagreement we won't charge you for the breakfast. But went i looked at my credit card it was charged. Disappointed breakfast TONS of bread and a little bar of hard egg, fruits, yogurt and cheese for 12$/pers. It's not worth it. Pool very clean but to cold. I choose it because ot was written VIP Access....... I'll never go back very bad experience!

Excellent location, right across a mall and lots of dining options and walmart. Modern style building with some exposed concrete type look on walls and ceilings. Some may not like this. Only paid EV charges on site, hotel has one free charger for Porsche customers only. Not sure why and it sat empty.

The hotel was good as a stopover for a night or two. Staff were friendly and curtesy’s, easy check in and out. The only weird part of the hotel is how dark the rooms are. The lighting is inadequate in the rooms and there is red lighting in the elevator. It would be great for Halloween! There are stains on the carpet and walls, but hard to see because the rooms are painted black, black out curtains and literally no light.
