In 3 nights there, two of them we did not sleep because of the noise of the toilet which was running not stop. We called the receptionist and told he the problem, she send maintenance to the room (this is the 1st night) he locked at the issue, said I will be back in a few minutes and never came back. We then recalled the reception and asked them what they were going to do about it , she answered that she would notify the manager the next day. So we had to sleep like that. On top of all there was a congress of some sort and the noise lastsed too the early morning 3am compounded with the toilet running. The next morning we were disturbed very early because someone had removed our dot not disturb sign . That morning we went down to the lobby and explained the problems. They said they would take care of everything and that they were very sorry. When we arrived in our room at the hotel in the evening around 5 pm nothing had been done the toilet was still running and the noise on our floor was still very disturbing. We called the reception told them the situation, they said they were very sorry and that we should speak to the director the next morning. At that point there was no offer to change the room. My guess is the hotel was full. So we spend a second night not sleeping. In the morning on the 3rd day we spoke with the assistant manager and the director. We explained the hole situation we lived since our arrival.With a very cold and unprofessional attitude they promised they

La chambre est tres dĂ©suĂšte. Beaucoup de moisissure dans la salle de bain. Sur le plancher bien en vue une paire de boucles d’oreille, une bouteille d’eau Ă  moitiĂ© vide sous la table de chevet, et de la terre sur le cotĂ© du lit. Le mĂ©nage n’a surement pas Ă©tĂ© fait. A lĂ  rĂ©ception Ă  notre arrivĂ©e c’est a peine si on nous as regardĂ©, elle nous donne notre carte et nous dit 7 Ă©tages les ascenseurs sont au fond. La carte fonctionne pas, mon conjoint redescend a la rĂ©ception et remonte on etais au premier plancer finalement. La chambre etais de qualitĂ© motel au US a 69$ . On a demandĂ© Ă  etre deplacĂ© ailleurs. Une autre jeune fille tres gentille cette fois nous as redonnĂ© une chambre au 9 etage. Mais avec les problĂšmes dĂ©crit en haut. Une rĂ©novation de cet hĂŽtel est fortement recommandĂ©
