The rooms were a good size, the AC blasted cold air, and everything smelt like bleach and seemed very clean! For an older hotel, we were very pleased!

Well it was ok except that the bed and pillows were uncomfortable. In the morning my husband felt something in his ear and pulled out a black beetle. But overall i will not be back.

Everything was more then excelent! This was the best experience over the last few years here in Canada! Just a little notes we can adjust to make this place even more better: In the dining area it's better to change plastic utensils to more eco friendly material then plastic! Thank you so much for this wonderful stay, wish we could stay more with you!

Found bed bugs in my room at midnight. The staff transferred me to a different room for the night, but when I asked for a refund the next day the ladies at the front desk declined. I asked “so you don’t offer a refund when clients find bed bugs in their room?”. Their response was that all hotels get bed bugs and they can’t control where they come from. Well, personally I feel that’s the hotel’s problem, not the client’s. Additionally, the room was set to 30 degrees Celsius when I arrived, I skipped the hotel breakfast each morning because it looked awful, and the beds were genuinely so hard. Either lower your standards or find somewhere better to stay.
