Every morning, the nearby Piazza Campo deâ Fiori comes alive with one of Romeâs most beautiful and unique fresh markets, where you can find the finest culinary delights the city has to offer.
The neighborhood is also filled with gourmet restaurants, artisan shops, and numerous artists specializing in painting and sculpture. Its charm and character make it feel like a small village within the bustling city of Rome. The narrow streets and distinctive architecture make this district one of the most attractive in the city.
Despite being within walking distance of the lively market, the street where the apartment is locatedâand the small square in front of itâremain peaceful and quiet, mainly pedestrian-only. The area is very safe, with a local police station just 100 meters away.
The apartment is situated on the Italian second floor of a charming building without an elevator (equivalent to the third floor in the U.S., two floors above the ground level). There are exactly 21 steps from the ground floor to the apartment entrance. I will be happy to assist all guests with their luggage during check-in and check-out.
The apartmentâs windows face two sides of the building, providing abundant natural light from morning until late afternoon. The bedroom window overlooks the inner courtyard of the building, while the living room windows face the quiet street behind the building.
Recently renovated, the interiors are spacious, thoughtfully furnished, and bright throughout the day. Every room is designed with attention to detailâfrom the terracotta tails floors to the stylish furniture. The apartment also features an armored door, and for maximum quietness, all windows have double glazing.
Each room is equipped with air conditioning and independent heating.
The apartmentâs internet has been recently upgraded to fiber optic with speeds up to 1 GB per second. The TV comes with Chromecast, Netflix, Prime Video, and international streaming channels.
Upon entering the apartment, youâll find a corridor that leads to the living room, kitchen, and dining area on the right, and the bedroom and bathroom on the left.
The living room features a large, comfortable sofa that converts into a standard double bed with a 7-inch orthopedic mattress, a twin sofa bed, and a 55â OLED TV.
Continuing to the right past the living room, youâll find the dining area with a large table that seats up to four guests, a fully equipped bathroom with independent access from the main corridor, and a spacious bedroom with a French door opening onto a small terrace overlooking the internal courtyard.
The kitchen is fully equipped with induction stovetops, oven, microwave, toaster, dishwasher, full-size refrigerator, freezer, kettle, and a Nespresso coffee machine (capsules included), as well as tea, pots, pans, and all the necessary utensils for cooking.
The bedroom boasts a king-size bed with an orthopedic mattress and memory foam topper, plus a choice of memory foam or feather pillows.
The bathroom is fully equipped with a shower, sink, hairdryer, makeup mirror, amenity kit, soap, and shampoo.
The apartment offers ample storage space, including a wardrobe in the bedroom, a two-level wardrobe in the corridor, and a double wardrobe in the living room.
The apartment will be rented fully cleaned and sanitized according to the highest hygiene standards, with all beds made (including the sofa bed), and all linens, pillows, and blankets provided.
Each guest receives a full set of towels (large, medium, and small), with extra towels available in the bathroom.
There is a washing machine in the bathroom, and a coin-operated laundry facility is just a 5-minute walk away. The washing machine does not have a dryer, but the apartment includes two drying racks: a heated rack in the bathroom (heated by the apartmentâs heating system) and a larger foldable rack stored in the bedroom closet.
