We liked the hotel very much but could do without the steps in front when taking our bags to the taxi when leaving. Providing breakfast would have been nice. Overall thought it was a very nice experience.

Parking is really expensive.

I was upgraded on arrival to a suite. The hotel is old and the furniture in the room was mostly antiques (which is fine) but the carpeting was worn out and the hotel roomy had a musty smell. The bathroom needed a deep cleaning. The shower a had poor water pressure and overall the lightning in the room and bathroom was bad. The bed was comfortable.

Good location

Pros: Location, not terribly expensive.
Cons: Shower needs bleaching or caulk replacement and some draino.
Location: Just across the street from the metro. I walked everywhere from here, great location.
Location is good; I could walk pretty much everywhere and the Metro is just across the street. Room was small, but that's expected here. Staff was very pleasant and, upon arrival, I received a map with instructions for how to reach common attractions. Only real issue was that the shower drained very slowly and the caulk in the shower needs to be replaced or at least bleached.

Nice Hotel...close to all attractions!

Our recent stay at the Hotel Alexandra in Rome, Italy was very good. The proximity to all attractions was very good. The staff was very helpful and spoke English quite well! The complimentary breakfast was excellent and gave us a great start to our day! Would stay here again!
