One of the best hotels I have ever stayed at they were very courteous helped with whatever I needed took care of us always cheerful. It was a wonderful place. I cannot say a bad thing at all about it. They were a great place. I would refer this hotel to anyone and we will return again. This will be the only place I’ll stay in room.

Great hotel, great location, great service

Beautiful hotel with outstanding English speaking support services at the front desk. They were so helpful with dinner reservations, transportation, everything. It was also in a great central location to walk to everything. Had a fun vibe around the area too. I had also emailed them prior to arrival to confirm transportation options, dinner reservations, etc. and they were so responsive and accommodating! Great all around. I would definitely stay again.

All of the staff was amazing! So kind, helpful and nice. The room was perfect. The Dyson dryer was an excellent touch, along with all the extra little treats they give us complimentary as a guest. The coffee in the room was excellent. Out of the three different 5 star hotels we stayed at during our Euro trip, this was our favorite.
