The room was very nice, although smaller than expected based on the photos. Valentina was awesome, and very helpful. The room was very clean and I loved having hot croissants delivered to my door every morning. The elevator is a little terrifying, but that’s not abnormal for Italy. Let’s face it. The buildings are kind of old, so they’re add-ons. It worked just fine. I enjoyed the little balcony.

Minerva Relais is a hidden gem! Our room was beautiful and large, and the hotel's location is perfect, a short walk to the inner city's major sights. We had a wonderful stay!

We are in Italy ever year. This location is perfect especially if you are bringing new guests with you for their first experience. Valentina and staff were amazing. They organized transfers for us which helped to make our travel safe and smooth. The little extras go a long way. Stay here and you will find out what they are!

The staff was absolutely fantastic. They were so accommodating, they gave great advice and restaurant recommendations. The AC in the rooms are actually great (coming from someone in the US). The location is excellent. Walking distance from pantheon, Spanish steps, trevi fountain, etc. The staff also left delicious croissants in front of our doors which was just so sweet to wake up to. They do have an elevator as well which we hadn’t realized until half way up the stairs. Be prepared for a workout if you’re taking the stairs! Overall great place.

What a great find! This is a lovely boutique hotel, right in the heart of town! Beautiful and quiet rooms, with all the amenities including a mini bar, nespresso machine and fresh croissants each morning! Great starting point to walk to any of the major attractions. Would definitely come back again!

The office manager at this hotel was exceptional! Valentino? I can’t remember after travels-sorry! She welcomed up with extreme friendliness and sincerity and was so helpful with directions, a map, dining and location suggestions, getting taxi’s for us, etc. Not everyone we encountered were as pleasant and lovely as she was so I wanted to make sure to leave her a review. Our room was perfect. Beautiful bed and nice air conditioning in the hot heat and great bathroom. Close to attractions and very central located. I would highly recommended this hotel! Thanks!
