Elegant and spacious 160 square meters apartment located on the 4th floor of a 1600s building with lift. It consists of a large entrance hall, a living room with fireplace and TV, a fully equipped kitchen with table and chairs, 4 comfortable bedrooms with king-size bed (70 in x 79 in) and 4 en suite bathrooms. The apartment has free WiFi, smart TV, air conditioning in every room, bed linen and towels, washer/dryer.

The apartment was renovated in 2021. All the rooms are very quiet, facing Via dei Vecchiarelli on one side and Via dei Coronari, one of the oldest pedestrian streets in the city, on the other.

Appartement trÚs spacieux qui peut accueillir 6 personnes: chaque couple étant bien isolé des autres "locataires" (3 grandes chambres + 3 salles de bains): totalement conforme à la description de l'annonce Appartement idéalement placé au coeur du Rome historique, à proximité de nombreuses lignes de bus: trÚs calme que ce soit de jours ou de nuit Equipements trÚs complets (grande cuisine super bien équipée: lave vaisselle, lave linge, four, micro ondes, vaisselle) et fonctionnels: tout OK sauf un manque de torchons regrettable Quelques odeurs de poubelles au rez de chaussée (pas tous les jours) Excellent contact avec la propriétaire: précise, trÚs à l'écoute, qui nous a fourni une aide précieuse pour le transfert appartement/aéroport Plusieurs restaurants recommandés par la propriétaire se sont avérés excellents, typiquement italiens et fréquentés par une majorité d'italiens (ce qui est super bon signe): La pace del Palato, trattoria Lilli, Cul de sac. Bonjour Nous avons passé 5 jours sur Rome accompagnés de deux couples d'amis. L'appartement est trÚs spacieux, bien équipé et décoré avec beaucoup de gout. De plus, il est trÚs bien situé, ce qui permet de faire de nombreuses visites à pied. Nous avons également été trÚs bien reçus par Flaminia, qui se tient vraiment à l'écoute de ses hÎtes. This property was superb in location, cleanliness, and communication. A king size bed with separate baths in each room made this apartment perfect for travelling couples. Great location and good for a group

The accommodation was clean and convenient for our group of 5. The living area was outstanding to enjoy as a group. Asked for extra towels and received super fast. Had some issues understanding the washer, but eventually figured it out with a google search. En-suite shower drain had some challenges which they tried to improved, but it continued to drain slowly. Overall, a great stay with very minor issues and quick response. Would stay there again and recommend to others.

Dreamy Roma Vacation

The apartment was absolutely perfect for our adult family of 6 (3 couples), with each having own bathroom/shower and the beds in 2 of the rooms say “queen” but I think closer to king size. We were in Rome for 10 nights over the Christmas holiday and there was wonderful space to spread out, have breakfast in the well-equipped kitchen before exploring, and there is a small lift to get you to the 4th floor. They even provided a small decorated Christmas tree for us. On the Via Dei Corinare, we walked nearly everywhere so it is a perfect location. Host and staff were extremely responsive, and they serviced the apartment twice with fresh sheets and towels which was so appreciated. Cannot recommend this highly enough. Just a fabulous experience!

Great apartment in a central location.

This apartment is as described. If you are visiting Rome and want to be able to walk to a lot of tourist sites, this is a great choice. While I would absolutely stay here again, I will mention the minor drawbacks we had. Construction noise begins early (as of Oct 2024), the road is torn up and and I don't know when it will complete. Also, this is in a neighborhood that is surrounded with bars and restaurants. The weekends were noisy on one side of the apartment until pretty late. But don't be deterred, unless that's a deal breaker for you. It was fine for us. Also find some restaurants ahead of time and don't just walk into places, there are a lot of tourist traps nearby and you will regret it. Overall, it was a great stay.

Check in was very easy someone was there when we arrived to let us in and go over details. The host booked us a ride from airport to apartment. Apartment was extremely clean and tidy. Much larger than I was expecting!! 3 large king size bedrooms with bathrooms to include hairdryers. Location was superb. Easy walking to all main locations we walked everywhere. Very nice restaurants just outside the building. Perfect stay in Rome!! I will return to this location.

Great location, great space

It was wonderful! The only problem we had was trying to figure out how to operate the washer/dryer. We never saw an all-in-one model and simply couldn’t make heads or tails of the user guide. Many thanks to our host for a perfect stay!
