historical Rome with its magnificent Piazza Navona and Castel Sant'Angelo dei Fiori.

Fantastic NEW apartment in the heart of Navona square, two large double bedrooms, one single room, kitchen and living room with sofa bed, and two full bathrooms.

The apartment is located in the heart of Roman life, surrounded by the typical Roman shops. Ideal to discover all the most typical of Rome!

1) From October 1st 2023 the municipality of Rome introduces a mandatory tourist tax of €6 per person per night in cash
2) Late check-in after 8PM = €25 in cash

Emplacement parfait !

L’appartement est vraiment très bien situé et beaucoup de visites peuvent se faire à pieds. De nombreux restaurants et bars à proximité sont un plus, quartier animé mais appartement au calme.

un appartement idéalement placé pour visiter Rome

L'appartement est très propre , fonctionnel et conforme aux photos présentées sur le site , un peu sombre et le séjour un peu plus petit que je ne l'imaginais mais suffisant pour 3 à 4 personnes Attention , l'appartement est situé au 2ème étage et l'escalier est un peu raide J'avais également réservé la navette pour le transfert et je déconseille vivement , nous avons payé 80€ pour le trajet aéroport /appartement alors que le coût forfaitaire pour ce trajet est de 48€ , nous avons donc pris un taxi pour repartir , il y a des stations à proximité immédiate

Beau et central mais mal entretenu et incomplet.

Appartement très bien situé et avec une belle décoration, mais présentant de nombreux défauts d'entretien : - Intense odeur d'égout dans une salle de bains - Pas de four à micro-ondes ni d'ascenseur, contrairement à ce qui est indiqué sur le site de Homelidays - Très peu de couverts et de verres - Pas de torchons - Internet lent et capricieux - Divers meubles et installations défectueux : porte du lave-vaisselle cassée, meuble sous lavabo ne ferme pas, rideau impossible à fermer.

L'appartement est tel qu'annoncé; confortable mais la propreté, sans être problématique, pourrait être améliorée. L'appartement est très bien situé; endroit calme au détour d'un quartier sympathique, typique et très animé, à proximité à pied des artères principales. Sans donner beaucoup d'info "touristiques", Fabrizio est facilement rejoignable et répond rapidement aux messages. Il a efficacement organisé notre transfert vers l'aéroport . No coffee maker or microwave as advertised,no padding in master bed - could feel coils, For a weeks stay, we were given two rolls of toilet paper for two people and not mentioned in ad -BEWARE - you have to go up two flights of steep and narrow circular stairs to get up to the apartment. Best plus point - location.

This property is in a fantastic location minutes away from many sights. Great location for families. Communication was excellent. The space was generous for a larger family. However, there are some negatives to this property. The apartment was very musty and smelled like there was possibly a water leak. It also was the cleanest property either. Some of the appliances did not work like the toaster and oven.

Location was good for walking around Rome. It was great to be able to do laundry. Beds were not great, woke up hurting every morning. You can feel the bed springs in your back and legs as you sleep. Be mindful that if you are staying for more than 2 nights you might need to buy your own toilet paper (welcome gift only includes a few rolls), and you’ll need to buy your own soap and sponge for dishes. Be mindful that if you are staying over the weekend there is a karaoke bar outside with loud music till 2AM. Best to bring or buy earplugs so that you can sleep.

Did not use the A/C (December stay) the property manager should have had the heating system running a half day before the scheduled arrival time. Making the first night highly uncomfortable due to the cold.The washer/dryer combo although fairly new took a long long time to run through the cycle.

The main bathroom had lots of mold in the shower area, resulting in a pungent smell that made us feel like vomiting many times. The beds were extremely uncomfortable, resulting in bruises on both hips. There was also a lack of glasses and coffee mugs.

As others have mentioned, the location is great for sightseeing in Rome. It’s steps away from shopping and restaurants. The apartment was comfortable and had modern decor but still had old Rome charm. It was clean and had everything we needed for our stay. Our only issues were minor things - washer/dryer was complicated and never did figure out the dryer only setting; one bathroom shower door was very difficult to open and close. We would stay again.

The apartment was very centrally located - excellent spot ! We really appreciated the air conditioning in all the rooms as well. Overall we had a good stay here. The one issue we had was the cleanliness when we arrived. One of the bathrooms was quite dirty and there was garbage piled up along the entrance hallway our entire visit, which made getting in and out challenging (although that may be a separate building issue) We would stay here again.

Overall the stay was ok and the location is great. The apartment was dimly lit, the water had white, chunky particles in it after we were told it was good to drink, neither the stove nor oven worked, and the bedding in the master bedroom smelled like a wet dog. Because of the great location, we would have looked past all of these things if Fabrizio, the property head, had not been so very rude and condescending during our checkout process. There were three locked entries to get in and we were very careful each, and every time we left and returned to the apartment. However, on our last day when we had to leave the keys, we walked down to one of the locked entrances, and were unable to get back up when I found out that my teen daughter did not shut the main door behind her. When we tried to go back upstairs, we could not because we had left the keys there as we were checking out. I immediately called Domitilla and explained the situation and she responded that she would send the cleaning people over and confirmed that the outside door was locked, which it was. Fabrizio, however, was not understanding at all of an honest mistake. He was very aggressive and rude and accusing without once showing any courtesy or understanding. He sent me multiple messages that were attacking and just plain rude. Thankfully, the apartment was secure and nothing even happened with the mistake, but he is treating us poorly about the situation and charging us more money. Never again!

Lovely! Clean, comfortable, great location. We walked everywhere and there were a couple of bus stops nearby, too. Close to sites, wonderful restaurants, a couple of small grocery shops. We also appreciated the air conditioning and laundry that was available in the unit. Check-in was easy as was check-out. Thank you to the host as well for arranging an early ride to the airport.
