"Staff - excellent, pool - very good, Room condition - ok (some of the build quality was lacking in bathroom), Amenities - good (Elevator was down the whole trip, however everything else was in working order), comfort - very good (bed was decent, but room ac was responsive and worked very well, TV had many options). "Loved the location and the hotel. However, the pool was heated so on hot days it literally felt like a hot tub and was not refreshing. Other than that, the staff were extremely friendly and the hotel was clean and had everything we needed."
