"Everything was good except the elevators & our room wasn’t an ocean view. The elevators were horrible. The room was clean & bed was comfortable. Lobby was clean."

"We were in 4 in our room And they only provided 2 bass and one umbrella for the beach and wanted us to pay $65 per day for our kids. The breakfast staff were mean, we asked them for bowls to warm the cereals for our kids and they refused to give it to us because they wanted us to pay for their breakfast for 30$. The guy who gives the chairs and the umbrella in the beach told us to give him 40$ only instead of 65 but when the manager was there he wanted us to pay $65. The supervisor was very rude and came and asked our kids to stand up and return the chairs even though the worker told us $40. For sure he stole the money but then lied to the manager and tried to convince him that was not true. Everyone spoke only Spanish and they barely understood any English. Worse experience ever."
