I mistakenly booked the wrong date and immediately reached out—both directly and through Expedia —to request a simple cancellation or date change. I even made a new reservation for the correct dates, yet the hotel made zero effort to assist. No reply. No acknowledgment. Nothing. For a hotel that presents itself as upscale, this level of disregard is unacceptable. I would seriously reconsider staying here based on how poorly they handle even the simplest customer requests."

"After reading so may negatives reviews, I was apprehensive. The hotel turned out being great for the price. Location is awesome, the pool was great and the staff was suuuuper nice. Bonus point for shower pressure! The bed was also quite comfortable. I’d stay here again for sure"
