"Beautiful air conditioned clean boutique hotel very well situated in Latin district with market and pharmacy across the street and restaurants nearby. Nice buffet breakfast available in the hotel also. Every employee at this hotel were so nice but a special mention to Maurad, the reservation manager. From the moment we arrived to our departure, Maurad was so friendly, kind and helpful. Walking directions, restaurant suggestions…if you need a taxi, he will get one for you at a touch of a button. Nice lounge area at the entrance with coffee and tea always available near the entrance also. We stayed in the Jr suite which was very nice. Nice size room with King size bed, love seat and chair. Bathroom had walk in shower and a tub with shower as well. Large closet with safe. We found the bed mattress a bit uncomfortable…that would be the only suggestion i would have for the owner to improve. I highly recommend this hotel. "
