Rose View - Modern detached bungalow

Welcome to our beautiful detached bungalow in Sale. Located in the owners back garden it is a tranquil and private setting. The property has been thoughtfully designed by a local architect and, although compact, provides you perfect base for your holiday. We have personally thought through all of the amenities and hope to provide you with all the comforts of home along with a few extra touches. The surrounding area has a lot to offer and is sure to make your holiday one of a kind. We hope you enjoy your stay!


As a self-catering property, you'll find everything you need for a perfect stay.
The well equipped kitchenette has a fridge, a hob, a toaster, a kettle, and a microwave.
The house is a perfect place to relax and offers a television and internet access.


There is one main room in the bungalow which contains a double bed tucked away to one side underneath a window. The wall mounted TV is on a bracket so you can watch in bed if you choose. If you have an extra guest then there is a top quality Japanese Futon available for them. There are blackout blinds for all doors and windows for a quality nights sleep.

A tastefully appointed ensuite shower room has a high rise toilet, wash basin and a large walk-in shower with low lip for ease.

House Rules:
- Check-in time is 4pm and check-out is 10am.
- Smoking is not allowed.
- There is non restricted parking on the road outside the property.
- Pets are not allowed at the property.
