Perfect for doctors, attorneys, travel nurses, and remote workers, this guesthouse has its own private access, fully gated, fully private area, with brand new high-end furnishings, appliances, motorized curtains, A/C, firm `Cooling Foam` queen bed. Fully stocked with starter essentials to get you going.

- 24/7 monitored security with exterior cameras.
- This property is equipped with a device that monitors the environment inside the property (including noise levels, temperature, and motion) to ensure guests have a pleasant stay and our neighbors are not disturbed.

▪️ No Smoking anywhere on premises, including back canyon decks. Canyon wildfires are real in California!
▪️ NO unplugging/tampering/covering any Wi-Fi, outdoor security cams, locks, etc (fees will apply).
▪️ NO unlawful use of our home (illegal activities or substances, filming adult content or activities, etc.)
▪️ USE coasters under all glasses, cups, or mugs to prevent water rings and stains.
▪️ USE trivet mats for hot pots to prevent heat damage to surfaces.
▪️ Garbage disposal: DO NOT put metal, plastic, egg shells, grease, potato peels, bones, coffee grounds, pasta, or celery in the disposal—throw them away. If it stops working, press the small red button under the sink or use an Allen wrench to free it up.
▪️ Pets are not allowed in this property, which includes any type of Emotional Support Animal.
▪️ 3rd party bookings (booking for someone other than the account holder) are subject to an additional $1000 fee.
▪️ For Monthly Guests, we have a Utility Cap of $200; guests will be responsible for any overages.
