It has an alley entrance, but there is a place to park a vehicle. It is within walking distance to many shops, restaurants, and bars. Close to the beach too! We used the barbeque on the deck, it was great. We only had 4 people which was perfect. I think it would be a little crowded if there were 8 people (especially with just the one bathroom). I highly recommend the place.

Lovely home. Well equipped. Plenty of room for lounging and outdoor patio was very inviting in the good weather. Close to restaurants and beach but in quiet neighborhood. We will definitely be back.

Great location, right in the heart of OB easy walking distance to everything. Stayed for two weeks, management company was quick to respond to any needs and easy to work with.

This property was so cute and clean. The communication with the host was excellent. There were 5 of us in the house and it was just big enough for all of us to enjoy the space without feeling too crowded. There is only one bathroom but we made it work. There is also only 1 parking spot but there are plenty of spots on the side streets if you have 2 cars. We did not need the kitchen but it is fully stocked! The location was great because there are several great restaurants and coffee shops walking distance. Ulivo was an excellent Italian restaurant just a short walk down the ally. Also just a short walk were amazing views of the ocean and the surfers. Ocean Beach is very unique and we were so glad we stayed.

The best thing about this property is its location. It's a short walk to the beach and plenty of unique restaurants, shopping, etc. It was a little tricky finding the property since the address # is not seen from Del Monte Ave. It was nice to have our own parking even though it was a little tricky backing into it from a narrow alley. We also had some issues with the washer malfunctioning. Despite those minor challenges we loved the property and location and would book it again.

We stayed here for three nights and had a mixed experience. The location is the highlight, very walkable, close to the beach, and surrounded by great restaurants and shops in Ocean Beach. That said, the space felt much smaller than expected. While listed for up to 8, it was tight even for four of us, especially given the small bathroom and the way the kitchen table is configured. The kitchen is updated but minimally stocked. Very few coffee cups, glasses, and limited pans, so not ideal if you plan to cook. Check-in was frustrating. We didn’t receive email instructions as promised and had to call for access details. The guest services team was responsive, but it was disappointing to have to reach out for basic information that could have been shared ahead of time. There was no house manual, so we had to figure out laundry, heaters, and the TV (which wasn’t connected to WiFi) ourselves or by text to guest services. Parking is street-only, and finding a spot in the evenings was often difficult. Cleanliness was mixed. The couch had stains, and there was a noticeable sewage smell from the toilet. Beds, floors, and surfaces were clean. Beach amenities were limited (2 beach towels). Most rentals provide enough for the full group and offer more than this. Overall, great location but the space, amenities, and check in didn’t quite meet expectations based on cost. I lived in OB for years and it was great to be back, but this property left much to be desired for the price.
