Our house in Mission Beach is a rare gem, featuring three bedrooms and three FULL baths. This unique setup offers ample space and privacy for everyone. The modern bathrooms are fully equipped and stylishly designed, ensuring comfort and convenience. Nestled in the vibrant and sought-after Mission Beach area, this home combines luxury with a prime location, providing an exceptional experience that's hard to find in this neighborhood. First floor bedroom has ensuite (tub/shower) bathroom, desk space for work and access to front patio seating area providing an ideal spot for relaxation. Conveniently, the patio also has an outdoor hot water shower, perfect for rinsing off sand after a day at the beach. This convenient amenity enhances comfort and keeps the indoors clean, making it easier to transition from a beach day to relaxation at home.

First floor bedroom features a king size bed that can be transform into two single beds, offering versatility to suit your preferences. This bedroom also has a 40-inch smart TV.

On the second floor there is an open kitchen living dining area. Living room has a comfortable sleeping sofa that can accommodate one adult. It has all new furniture and has a 65 inch smart TV. The kitchen has all new appliances, fridge, dishwasher, microwave, coffee maker, Nespresso machine and it is fully equipped.

Next to the living room there is another bedroom with two individual beds that can be transformed into a king size bed. This bedroom also has a 40-inch smart TV and ensuite shower bathroom.

Third floor bedroom features a queen size bed, closet and 30-inch TV with apple TV. Next to this bedroom there is a bathroom with shower. All bathrooms have a hair dryers and amenities.

To keep the rooms comfortable there are fans throughout the house. We also have installed two minisplits with AC in the third and second floor for your comfort. Additionally, we have installed blackout curtains, which are helpful for blocking out sunlight and maintaining privacy.

The highlight of this beach house is the third-floor rooftop deck. You won’t find this spacious, private and comfortable gathering spot in other Mission Beach houses. It is a perfect space featuring an outdoor comfy living room where all friends and family can relax together. • All linens are thoroughly cleaned with Oxiclean and Tide detergent and high-temperature drying between guest stays.
• Our dedicated cleaning team, wearing masks and gloves, pays special attention to high-touch areas during sanitation.

Rental Rules:
1. To book with us, you must be 21 years of age or older and stay on the premises throughout the entire reserved period. Noise ordinances are strictly enforced.

2. Overnight guests are limited to the number specified in your booking, with a maximum occupancy of 7 persons.

3. No smoking nor vaping is permitted.

4. Pets are not permitted.

5. Garage parking is limited to 2 vehicles.

6. Please be respectful of our neighbors, especially when outdoors or on the deck. Quiet hours are observed from 10:00 PM to 8:00 AM, and loud noise or music is not allowed during these times.

7. Maintain the property and its furnishings in good condition, and ensure you clean up, remove trash, and dispose of perishable food upon check-out.

8. Use appliances for their intended purposes only.

9. The firepit and BBQ grill is propane-powered and easy to use with a button ignition.

10. Daily housekeeping service is not provided; however, linens and towels are included.

11. This property is privately owned, and the owners are not responsible for accidents, injuries, or lost belongings. Guests assume all associated risks.
