⊠POLICIES & GOOD NEIGHBOR GUIDELINES ⹠Guest Requirements | Per certain regulations & HOA requirements, guests must be at least 30 years of age to book with us. If your group is all adults, then all guests must meet our minimum age of 30 (exceptions made for multigenerational families). ⹠Occupancy | Maximum occupancy refers to the number of people allowed in the home at any given time (i.e. includes both overnight guests & non-overnight visitors), some of which may be mandated by certain regulations. Exceptions towards the maximum number of people allowed may be made for children under the age of 2. Guest(s) agrees that more than the number of people stated on the reservation shall not occupy the premises. The number of guests includes visitors, even if they are not staying overnight. ⹠Noise | Our homes are intended for relaxing getaways, not rowdy beach parties. Music and other noise is to be kept at an appropriate level and in a manner that is mindful to neighbors. Noise that can be heard 50 feet away from the home is prohibited. Parties are not allowed. If there is excessive noise or music, any illegal activity, or evidence of violation of these policies, you may be asked to vacate the premise without any refund and additional charges may be assessed. ⹠Combination Listings | Due to occupancy restrictions, larger groups looking to book multiple units must reserve an approved combination listing. No more than 1 combination listing can be reserved per stay.
Perfect locale for our family of 4 spring break trip to San Diego! Easy check in, immediate access to the beach off the lower level, beach chairs readily available, and truly a wonderful space with great views!
We enjoyed our stay but the house does need a little TLC. The location is fabulous and the sunsets were amazing. The home is right under a main flight pattern so not great for sleeping in if you're a light sleeper. Items that need attention: A previous renter broke the couch so it was sitting on the ground instead of sitting on feet. Several rugs need cleaning or replacing...same thing with towels, unless you're in need of a good exfoliation. The tub in the secondary bath did not drain but I did not realize how bad it was until our last day. My kids were showering in gross standing water left over from the day before. Hopefully management was able to get this taken care of as we notified them upon our departure. For what the home rents for, I would have expected some of these items addressed prior to our stay. It was great to have a parking spot but you definitely need a small car. We had great neighbors in the unit below (needed to borrow a can opener) but they had several strollers and an SUV which made the garage very tight, including accessing the washer dryer. We were able to park in the parking lot across the beach which was really helpful. Great house but could use some updates which would make it a 10 out of 10.
