The staff was friendly, the neighborhood relatively close to things to do and places to eat. My main issue was that we had no housekeeping or trash removal during our stay. I had to get a remote for the TV as there wasn’t one in the room and it only worked for changing channels not volume. But other than that it was alright.

The location of this property is unsafe; there are many homeless people sitting in front of your door step, stair case and parking lot asking for food. Inside the hotel, is not cleaned, the mattress is really thin, very uncomfortable to sleep on. You have to hook up the hdmi cable to the tv if you wanted to watch a show. The room we had was very noisy due to plumbing issue with toilet, it lets out a loud roar every 10 mins. It sounds like someone is returning from the dead. Very scary and annoying.

Stomping on my head

The room above me had a 2 day party no stop stomping on the floors loud music fighting the police showed up.for less the money Utah inn is much better even though there is music only till 1am and shared bathrooms

Second time I’ve stayed here, just for convenience to walk to Oracle park, very nice and easy walk. Room cleanliness was decent I guess, front desk guy was nice and helpful, however, and it’s not much fault of the hotel, but the 10 or so people being extremely loud literally all night until we left the next morning at 8 was awful.
