The rooms smell so bad and were not clean. The curtain in our room had blood stains that were visible from the hallway. The staff was very helpful and understanding but having to deal with this on a short family vacation was less than ideal. We ended up staying at a different hotel without actually staying here because of the conditions of the rooms. I would not book here again.

Friendly staff and they had happy hour drink vouchers which was nice. Great buffet breakfast and the only thing I didn’t like is that you can’t control the A/C in your room. My wife and I were sweating the 1st night but got a box fan for the rest of our stay which wasn’t ideal.

This is our second stay. We came back today because we liked it so much last time. Bay view is worth the extra few bucks. Loved the reception time with free adult beverages and snacks. Cant wait for the complimentary made to order breakfast. My one small complaint about the property is the floral smell on the ground floor, is not quite my favorite thing. But we love this property and will stay again!

We loved the view from our room, but the "balcony" was a little disappointing. The breakfast was tasty, but nothing was ever hot. The biggest complaint is definitely the temperature of the room. We put the thermostat on fan the first night, which at least blew cool air. After that, however, it just blew warm air. We slept with the balcony door open the rest of the nights, but sleeping was difficult due to outside noise. The beds were decent, and the walls prevented noise traveling from other rooms. Staff was friendly. The drinks at the evening reception were heavy-handed, which is both bad and good. The snacks during the reception left a lot to be desired. We really should have purchased bottled drinks elsewhere since we didn't realize they cost $6 in the hotel market until we received the final bill. I've also never stayed at a hotel that required an incidental hold for each night. Overall, I'd choose this hotel in the future only for the friendly staff and the view.
