Nothing really stands out except for the woman working the breakfast setup. She went out of her way to help, smile and make everyone feel welcome. Everything else was pretty easily forgotten. I probably won't stay there again.

The parking should be free since it is SELF parking. I went back to the property information on Hotels.com and no where was it stated that there was a fee. It just said "self parking available." I feel that is very misleading information.

Everything was fantastic. The staff were awesome and the room was as expected. I love the holiday inn and cores has the same look and feel everywhere and the consistency in service and quality as well.

Rooms were clean and staff was pleasant. Amenities was lacking. They should provide more bottled water which can simply be Costco water which cost pennies but yield tremendous goodwill from the guests. I particularly like the ample seating space on the second floor which made it possible for me to conduct business. Price was reasonable. This will be my goto hotel for future visits to the Bay.

We stayed one night and had a really great experience. The view from the main area and the room was beautiful! And bedding comfortable and bathroom very clean. Breakfast was better than most “breakfast included” places we’ve stayed. Would recommend!
