Rooms smell like mildew and mold, we had to change rooms twice. Reservations necessary for every restaurant however you can’t make a reservation in advance so impossible to get into a decent one. Food altogether is mediocre at best. Elevators don’t work many days. Requested something special for my husbands birthday for the room and nothing was done for either his birthday or mine.

We liked how it was quiet and the food options at the restaurants were unique and amazing!! We thought the staff could’ve been more on top of picking up dishes for room service, and also wish we had access to the beach in the resort. Overall we enjoyed our stay!!!

Resort was smaller than anticipated but on a pretty piece of land. There wasn’t a ton of activities on site. Since there is no swim up bar they need more staff so you’re not waiting as long for drinks. You guys advertise Buffett but there really wasn’t a Buffett. Desserts were below average and having to make a reservation for every dinner is hard when they’re all booked out or only open 2 times out of the week. Food is what you’d expect for an all inclusive. Rooms are outdated and shower has no handheld option to feel more clean. Shower also smelt like bleach so we had to wait to get in it since I’m pregnant and can’t do the fumes. Our room also had random noises all night long like water was going to come up from the drain. Also can’t stand that no matter where we want people we’re trying to sell us stuff at the resort. They shouldn’t allow third party companies to do that because it ruins the experience when just trying to walk down to the beach. We also had to have our safe and fridge replaced since they didn’t work. Ironing board was broken and outlets were worn out so chargers kept falling out of the wall.

This resort made for an unforgettable trip from the food, the cleanliness, and attentive staff (kudos to our poolside server Sergio for top notch service). This resort was peaceful, but still managed to meet some great people and have fun! The rooms are spacious with stunning views, and I cannot rave about the food enough, out of this world! Will definitely be returning!

Everything about this resort was phenomenal. The staff is extremely friendly and get you whatever you need whenever you need. The food was the best i’ve ever had.
