Exactly what we needed

My husband and I just returned home from our stay and we are so grateful we found this spot!Located in the Isla Verde neighborhood in PR, this is a high rise apartment/condo situation right on the beach. Alice and Davis have recently renovated their one bedroom spot and it is excellent. Aside from the excellent location and direct access to the beach, the property in general is well maintained, very secure, and has lots to offer. The apartment is VERY clean, which is the most important part of finding a good place to stay. Something really important to me is good lighting in the bathroom, especially over the tub/shower and this was there for me! There were plenty of towels for the amount of time we were there. We really appreciated the beach supplies included with the apartment, and were so grateful to find a cooler! The kitchen was fully equipped and we used it daily for breakfast and ate outside on the balcony. What a great view too!If/when we find ourselves back in PR, we will definitely look this place up and recommend to family or friends. Thank you for hosting us!

Safe and clean!

We enjoyed our stay. The condo was well appointed and had everything we needed for a long weekend. The pool is huge and clean! My kiddo loved it! And the owners were kind enough to check on us to make sure everything was smooth.

We loved the location and the staff was great with accommodating one extra person last minute. They were very understanding and helpful! Location is within walking distance to everything. I took one start off because the neighbor upstairs was being noisy when we were outside talking, they were right at their window looking. But other than that it was very nice.

Power Outage

Unfortunately their was a huge power outage on the island and this property had no power at the time I had to check in. Not the owners fault and she helped getting me back my refund because VRBO does hassle you on trying to get your money back even with me telling them their is no power on that side of the island. Otherwise the property was as advertised. The room is quite large with a fairly large balcony. Full kitchen and fairly easy getting in and out. So as the review for the room to me is a A for the price.

A nice place with private beach access. It is very comfortable and mostly described accurately. A few things to note: there is not a hot tub as mentioned in the description and regardless of the length of your stay, you get four towels. I was there for a week and expressed to Alice my need for more. Upon arrival, Davis and Alice did accommodate me. And they accommodated my early check-in request that was agreed to before hand.

Great host, great location, reasonably priced Lots of rules but it’s for the residents and your safety This is nothing to do with the property or the owners but please either bring the beach chairs that are provided or rent chairs The sand fleas will eat you up

Great host and location!

The listing was spot-on accurate and the entire process from booking to check-in was clear and stress-free. VERY clean and comfortable rooms and the place was very "beach ready." Everything worked perfectly. Loved the location as everything you could need or want was within walking distance or a short ride into the city. The beach was fabulous with low to moderate crowds. Wonderful VRBO

The condo and the property are absolutely stunning. Amazing view of the beach which is very calm and swimmable. Condo was clean and had everything we needed. Bed is so soft and comfortable that we slept like babies. We did have a little trouble connecting to WiFi but the host Alice was so helpful and responsive that it was fixed fairly quickly. Security at the gate was awesome and made us feel safe.We have family in San Juan and so we go fairly often so we will definitely be back to this unit.

Great location

This property is very clean and Alice was very responsive to all of my questions and requests. The view can’t be beat. Especially having morning coffee on the balcony. We rented a car but it was not needed. Everything is right there. 24 pharmacy and restaurants. Beach chairs provided but you can rent a lounge chair and umbrella at the beach.
