"Overall, this property worked great for our family for the two nights we stayed in Venice. We have two teenage boys so we needed two rooms. The staff was able to accommodate our request for two rooms next to each other so our kids were close to us. Even before our stay, the staff were extremely helpful. They were quick to respond to our messages and helped arrange a water taxi to pick us up from the train station and take us to a drop off about a 5 min walk from the hotel. They also arranged a taxi to take us back to the train station when we were leaving. In addition, we asked for recommendations for a restaurant and gondola ride service; both met or exceeded our expectations. The rooms were updated with comfortable bedding and air conditioning. My only small negative is that the rooms were very small. With four of us, we’re not traveling lightly and there is limited room for opening suitcases. If you’re traveling fairly lightly, this shouldn’t be an issue. Overall, happy with this hotel!"
