About this property

Luxury Ocean Hilltop Apartment

Wake up to panoramic Pacific views, sip your morning coffee beside a private infinity pool, and watch the sky turn gold at sunset. This modern, adults-only hilltop apartment sits just minutes above Playas del Coco — close enough for beaches, restaurants and nightlife, yet high enough to feel a world away.

Designed for couples, solo travelers and remote professionals, the space blends contemporary architecture with warm natural wood and handcrafted Chorotega ceramic accents — calm, stylish and effortless.

THE SPACE
A bright, open one-bedroom retreat for up to 2 guests:
• Comfortable bedroom with a high-quality bed and fresh linens
• Fully equipped kitchen for breakfasts, snacks or a sunset glass of wine
• Cozy living area that opens to breathtaking ocean views
• Air conditioning throughout
• In-unit washer and dryer
• High-speed Wi-Fi and TV — ideal for a work-from-Pura-Vida stay
• Free on-site parking

THE HIGHLIGHT
Step outside to your private infinity pool — one of the very few in the area — and soak in the surroundings as the Costa Rican sun melts into the Pacific.

THE LOCATION
You are minutes from the heart of Playas del Coco: beaches, local restaurants, cafés, supermarkets and lively nightlife, all while you retreat above the crowds. A short drive reaches Playa Ocotal for swimming, snorkeling and sunset views, plus scuba diving, ziplining, ATV tours and horseback riding for the adventurous.

GUEST ACCESS
Enjoy exclusive use of the entire condo, the infinity pool and on-site parking. Self check-in keeps arrivals flexible, and we are just a message away whenever you need us.

Relax in style in one of the most serene spots in Coco — where design meets tranquility and every sunset feels like a postcard.
