Furthermore, they recently added a very popular pub called The Wave for further entertainment within close distance.

For more entertainment, restaurants, and supermarkets, a short 15-minute walk will take you to the bustling main strip of town, located in the renowned Las Palmas neighborhood. The kitchen, though compact, has everything you need to prepare delicious meals, including a prep area, full oven, microwave, medium-sized fridge, and all necessary appliances and tools. The breakfast bar, made from famous Guanacaste teakwood, seats two guests.

The condo’s front door features a mosquito net, allowing guests to enjoy the fresh Costa Rican air and breeze. The unit also includes a sofa bed for an additional guest, while the bedroom has a comfortable double bed. At the end of the bedroom area is a modern, renovated bathroom.

Additional amenities include a closet, TV, desk with chair for work, a coffee bar, and extra storage space. Throughout the condo, guests can enjoy beautiful Costa Rican art.

In the shared rental area by the pool, guests have access to a laundry area with two washers and two dryers, usable with a condo card for $2 per wash and $2 per dry.

As Costa Rica is a developing country, it is not uncommon that interruptions in important services such as water, electricity and internet occur. Such events cannot be predicted and if they do occur it is outside of the host’s control.

Supplies Provided: Our property is priced competitively, with discounts available for longer stays. This is based on the understanding that the condo is equipped with a limited starter pack, including a few rolls of toilet paper, one roll of paper towels, a sponge, dish soap, hand soap, trash bags, and basic cleaning supplies. Please note, shampoo is not provided. Once these initial supplies run out, it is the guest's responsibility to restock them as needed.
