Los Almendros de Ocotal is a private residential complex on the north end of Ocotal Beach. Well maintained with beautiful gardens and three shared swimming pools (there is no private pool for this listing).

Villa Perla is one of the few truly beach-front rental properties in the region. This apartment (and Villa Lolita) are the only units in Ocotal Beach where you can step off the lawn onto the sand with a cold beverage in hand.

Newly built in June 2024, with a fully equipped kitchen, AC, stylish decor, and a fantastic view… you will have a hard time leaving this gem. The villa is located above Villa Lolita, and has it's own private access both to parking and to the beach.

Wake up to the sound of waves gently lapping on the beach, howler monkeys in the trees and birds on your window sill. Enjoy the pristine clear waters of Ocotal while you swim, snorkel or kayak. Soak up the sun on the beach or relax in any of the pools in the well-groomed compound surrounded by tropical flora.

Ideal for couples o individuals who are looking for a quiet place to rest and unwind. Newly furnished with everything you need.

The host was so amazing! The host's response time was impeccable. This unit was exactly as promised in the VRBO listing. Playa Ocotal is a hidden jem from most tourists and many of the local expats.

This property exceeded all of our expectations! It had a view of the beach, which was literally steps away. Both sides of the cove were fantastic for snorkeling with a wide variety of tropical fish! We loved dining at Father Rooster restaurant (again, steps away). The complex is also gated with security on duty, so arriving after dark was no problem. It's also only 12 minutes, if that, from Playas del Coco, where you'll find a Sunday market, restaurants, shopping and grocery stores. Staying here made our vacation easy, convenient and memorable! We would definitely stay here again!

Oh, Ocotal.

This condo was perfection for us. As veterans of Los Almendros we had an excellent stay at Villa Perla Exactly as described. Super responsive host. You get no closer to the beach. Loved the shower and the bed was very comfortable Father Rooster is steps away and is amazing with live music most Wednesdays and Fridays. I had two excellent massages on the beach. Playa Coco is right next door for shopping etc. Excellent base to explore Guanacaste. We would definitely stay here again!

Notre coup de cœur au Costa Rica

Idéalement situé sur une belle petite plage de sable noir, notre hébergement était très bien équipé. Les photos et la description sur le site web représentent très bien la propriété. Nous nous sentions en sécurité (garde qui effectue des rondes la nuit). À distance de marche d'un restaurant charmant, où nous avons dégusté notre repas les pieds dans le sable. Nous recommandons chaudement la villa Perla.
