Professional innovated epicurean kitchen has new NXR six burner gas range Range, Sub-Zero refrigerator's and Wine cellar, warming drawers, ice machine, microwave oven, three dishwashers, insta-hot and fully furnished kitchen. Open entertainment.

Over 10' ceilings on main level with a captivating views of Lake Washington at its finest. 8' granite slab island. Marble Counter Tops in a luxurious bath. Property was stunning and very clean. The balcony views of the lake were amazing to wake up to and great for listening to the water. Property is conveniently distanced from the busy Seattle city, while still close enough for a quick drive into the city for a nice dinner or two during the stay. Highly recommend!

Beautiful lake view with a large living area was definitely comfortable staying at the house. Although there was a fireplaces but didn’t know how to turned it on. No instructions can be found. It would have been better if it worked. Especially the weather was still cold at times.

This house was amazing and provided everything we needed and then some. The kitchen is well-equipped, and the appliances are awesome. Everyone in our group was totally impressed not only with the location (Lake WA) but also with how comfortable and inviting the house was for our gathering. The view from the balconies is spectacular. The beds are super comfy and the rooms are spacious. The host was gracious and very responsive to all of our communications. You will certainly be glad if you stay at Bella Vita. We are already starting to plan our next stay at this house.

Hosted a group here for a birthday party and could not have picked a better location. The house is beautiful with sweeping views of Lake Washington as you enter and a great entertaining area by the water. Will definitely be back.

Terrific Family Reunion

Cheryl was outstanding to work with regarding communication, and the house was perfect for our family. The grandchildren loved staying together in the room with several twin beds. The kitchen has numerous items that made food preparation easy. The deck and view were lovely. We could not have found a better place for our family reunion.

We had an incredible stay here! Ot was our large family Cousin Camp and the property was perfect. There was room enough for everyone and we never felt cramped. The open floor plan allowed us to all be in the same space - cooking, playing cards, reading and we could all be together without being on top of each other. The owner responded to minor issues very quickly! Tried to book for same weekend next summer and it’s already booked! So, act fast! She’s a keeper!!

A group of about 20 of us stayed here, and it was perfect! The home is spacious and comfortable, with plenty of room for everyone to have their own space. Several bedrooms have en suite bathrooms, including the stunning primary suite and the large bunk-style room. The downstairs apartment is also spacious with two bedrooms and a shared bath—highly recommend renting it for extra space and direct access to the lawn and lake.We loved spending time swimming and sunbathing by the water, and one day we rented a boat through Trey at Premier Water Sports. The marina is just five minutes away, and my partner even picked us up right from the dock—such a fun and memorable experience! Trey was fantastic to work with, and the homeowner Cheryl can connect you with him. Highly recommend bringing paddle boards and floaties to enjoy the direct access to the lake.The kitchen is fully stocked (we even baked a cake in the KitchenAid!), and the grill and living spaces are clean, cozy, and perfect for a group. Cheryl was a wonderful host—responsive, kind, and helpful throughout our stay. We had an amazing time—just book it!

We stayed over Memorial Day weekend, and the view took our breath away—absolutely stunning. Three of the five bedrooms share a balcony that overlooks the water, with views from Bailey Peninsula to Renton Airport. Very peaceful and serene.The kitchen was well-stocked with plenty of dishes and utensils. It had 3 dishwashers, a wine fridge, 2 freezers, a full-size fridge, and an ice machine with 2 scoops, which was very convenient.The first-floor garden and patio were lovely. We didn’t use the tabletop fireplace or grill, but they were nice to have available.Cleanliness could be improved. After dumping the ice into a cooler, we found mold under the ice tray. The main balcony had cobwebs, and some outdoor cushions were missing or found out of place. The third-floor balcony had wicker chairs but no cushions at all, which made it hard to relax outside.Quiet hours are listed as 10pm–7am, but noise from neighbors after midnight disrupted our sleep. I reached out to the host multiple times and received delayed responses—sometimes not until the next day. After three nights, we decided to leave early since no one needed the final night and we all needed rest.

Spacious beautiful lake front home

This home provides spacious accommodation and is well supplied with everything necessary to be comfortable during our stay. Inviting living space for family meals and interactions. Beautiful decks for enjoying the lake views.

Seattle Friends Vacation

Spacious and amazing property with a full view of Lake Washington! Bedrooms with balconies that open up to see the sunrise over the water in the morning. Fire pits for the evening. Bedrooms are huge! Great area to socialize downstairs. Very highly recommended!
