I have to say that this was one of the best hotel stays I have had in a long time: I was traveling in a group of 5 and already had one room big enough to house all of us. However, we needed some time apart after getting off the cruise ship and I called the hotel at 8:30am and asked if I was able to drop off our luggage for the day until check in and perhaps book a second room. The lady that helped me on the phone was so nice and helpful. She got me another room and said she had one ready now if I wanted to have an extra early check in. I was so thankful as this was exactly what we needed. The rooms were clean and spacious. The staff was excellent and friendly. I would definitely recommend staying here and will do so again.
