Great place for family get together!

We loved this place! We had 22 of us (three families), with all ages included. The house is basically brand new, and is extremely well set up for large groups. We had no issues whatsoever, and would love to stay again. We had access to area activities, but also loved just hanging around the house, with the pool, game room, etc. Lots of large spaces for groups.

The house was extremely clean and ready for my guests and I when we arrived at the check in time. There were some leaves stuck to the drains in the bottom of the pool but it did not impact any use of the pool. Anyone coming to this property, I'd recommend buying additional cleaning and toiletry products as the house came stock with some but my group completely used the products in the first day or so. I would definitely recommend this property to anyone as my group and I had so much fun using all the amenities and will definitely be coming back in the future.

Perfect retreat venue!

Gorgeous property! Exactly as described. Plenty of space for large groups or families. We used every bed! The kitchen is very spacious and functional. If you plan to cook, ask the owner to check the burners, they did not all work, but we made it work cooking for 24 people. We didn't use the pool or hot tub, but they are beautiful! Plenty of parking, quiet neighborhood, we really enjoyed this property.

Great experience

The property was just what it advertised. We had teens and adults and there was plenty to do. The game room is awesome as was the pool, view, fishing, and hot tub. The house is fabulous with plenty of areas for all to gather, great set up with rooms and bathrooms, and kitchen is well supplied. Thank you so much for your hospitality.

Wonderful stay

We had a wonderful time in this house. One snag, not their fault, the house wasn’t ready at check in . Once we got in the place was amazing!! We enjoyed the pool and game room. The view was so peaceful and beautiful, we just watched the activity of the river as we floated in the pool. At night we hung out on the patio and played games in the game room. Plenty of space for everyone. Would definitely book again

Our multigenerational group of 14 people overall enjoyed our stay here. We did have some issues, which the property manager was not very helpful with during our stay. I emailed the owner after, and they responded quickly that they would address our concerns.

Every possible thing you need for a vacation for a large group is available here, look no further! It exceeds your imagination. Beautifully decorated, spotless and games galore. For dining, make sure you have essentials. Ie Salt and Pepper, vegetable oil etc. Everything else is covered! Would recommend this property to anyone a million times over.
