Very friendly & helpful manager who called us to make sure we had all the info we needed for check in as we were driving from out of province. It was very clean and comfortable for my kids and I to have a break on our road trip from Ontario to Nova Scotia. Highly recommend.

Staff very friendly. Room was impeccable. When saying we are a family checking in, I am normally allotted only 2 sets of towels at other places and have to beg for more, Le Refuge had 4 sets waiting. Not a huge room but tv, table, 2 chairs, fridge, microwave, coffee, 2 night stands (no dresser). Shower and tub with plenty of hot water, no issues with water pressure. Bed comfortable, air conditioner a little loud but had no issues with sleeping with it on. Absolute only complaint (if you can call it that) railings around rooms 11 & 12 not sturdy (or weight bearing) around stairs. You definitely do not want to lean on them for support. Our second visit.
