Needs an overhaul, old and tired and expensive.

Rooms and furniture need a renovation. It is shabby and old. Bed was making all kind of noises and mattress was worn out and uncomfortable. Highlight was the breakfast and they keep the breakfast area immaculate.

Second stay ! We started our Le Boat vacation at the hotel and decided to return for our last night in Smith Falls. We arrived early and the check in was great/ the Manager found us two rooms and we were able to check in! So nice to come across genuine hospitality!

Weekend trip to Smiths Falls area

Spent a weekend at the Best Western with my wife. The staff was very friendly and the hotel was quite clean. ould definitely go back again.
