Pleased with everything, besides bed was quite uncomfortable. Bring your own pillow most importantly! Front desk staff was quite rude the evening of check in. The rest of the days were very pleasant.

Understanding that not everyone is celebrating but definitely knowing people go to hotels for new years allow it for a bit but don’t threaten people with kicking them out "
