Staff was friendly of course.. but the rooms leave A LOT to be desired. It’s an old gross hotel that has been painted and re-carpeted. The sweet touches of gummy worms on the beds when you arrive are nice and appreciated. My kids thought it was a cool “camping” experience.

Check in was a bit slow , only one person at desk. But the room was charming with rustic feel and very comfortable. Breakfast area was well stocked, cleaned and nicely staffed. We also received a discount on attending the aquarium right across the street.

Unfortunately the hot tub was down for cleaning during our visit and I had been looking forward to getting in the hot tub. There was an empty water bottle found behind our night stand, so the house keepers should be sure to check behind there during the cleaning!! The fridge was up to high and was freezing our drinks and food. But we enjoyed our stay and loved it
