Modern decor, really clean and seemed pretty new & welcoming. Comfy beds, clean shower & bathroom. Loved everything about them & will def stay again. Didnt have bfast bc we overslept in the cozy bed!

Sparkling clean hotel with lots of nice amenities, like yoga mats and resistance bands in every room and a spacious lobby/lounge. My one complaint: my room had no adequate lighting for reading. Reading lamps over the bed would be great; an armchair with reading lamp would be even better.

Pro - quick check in, helpful staff, clean room and convenient location. Cons- Initial room, heating system was broken. Bathroom exhaust fan was broken…blowing cold air. Strange water pressure. Water either extremely hot or cold. Mirror near exercise area is not secured. Broken screen TV and paid $12 for breakfast for 2. No breakfast available next morning. I’m guessing due to snow storm. At the end, staff was able to change room quickly. Second room, no problem.

Bad customer service the front desk ,very rude service have to change my room 3 times , no heater in the room , no hot water in the another one, and last one no TV remote control, and door bolt lock do not work, bathroom need upgrade, and old mattress very disappointing, never used this IHG branch plus this Experience with Expedia was worse and worse to the point this is my last purchase with them I will delete the Expedia app and never recommend Expedia to any of my friends don’t use Expedia anymore please

Upon check in the room had peeling paint, stains, and no shower curtain. After requesting a shower curtain we left for the evening and came back late to also discover that the television didn’t work. This evening I also have discovered the charged me $115 for who knows what.
