The unit was exactly as pictured. Well equipped with all we needed for a comfortable stay. Coffee maker, toaster, ironing board, beach towels, bath towels, outlets at either side of the bed, comfortable beds even an umbrella available in the event of some rain. Steps to the pathway that leads to beach, steps to the RSL and less than 10mins to the cronulla open mall. 10 mins to the train. Convenient and comfortable. We absolutely enjoyed our stay in this Cronulla gem of an apartment.

Catch the ferry to the sleepy village of Bundeena and its smaller neighbour, Maianbar, unspoilt hideaways that draw many visitors eager to enjoy their timeless charms. Bush-walk through the nation's oldest park - the Royal National Park. Explore Sydney Tram Museum. Visit the Kurnell Peninsula - it was here, in 1770, that Captain James Cook first set foot on Australia, claiming the continent for Britain. There are plenty of attractions under the water for diving or snorkelling fans. Lean To Surf at North Cronulla Beach. All the surf beaches at Cronulla have been dedicated as Australia's 5th National Surf Reserve. The first 4 National Surf Reserves were Bells Beach, Angourie, Crescent Head and Lennox Head. The place is clean and tidy. The only downside is if you have heavy luggage to take to the floor. The guests are old ladies. But other than that the stay was good.

The apartment is in a good location. It has everything you need and its closeness to the beach is a bonus. We were able to walk everywhere in the local area and with so many cafes, restaurants and Clubs to choose from it’s a perfect spot. The fact we had our own parking bay at the front of the apartment was terrific because parking in Cronulla is a nightmare. Overall a very enjoyable experience. Communication with the Host was clear and easy.

The property was a bit tired and beds were kind of average. Location was fabulous and so close to everything. We informed the agent of the things that needed refreshing and a bit of a fix up so hopefully those will be addressed and the next guest enjoys a little upgrade.

Good location, quite a nice apartment, the building is quite old, but the location is really what your paying for. It has all amenities that you need and we enjoyed staying here. Only downside was that when we checked in there were cigarette buts in the main bedroom drawers, bottles of opened wine and pizza box with old pizza in it, in the wardrobe. I emailed the agent about the issue but no response. It seems whoever was paid to do the cleaning of the apartment (or if the owner does the cleaning) missed inside the wardrobe and the chest of drawers. Just not a good look when your staying somewhere.

Perfect family getaway

My family and I loved staying at this beachside apartment. We loved the location- walking distance to beaches, rock pools, cafes and playgrounds. The apartment was nicely stocked with supplies. The bedrooms would benefit from block out blinds but it wasnt a big issue. Overall a great stay!

Perfect place in Cronulla

First, the flat was just the right size for the three of us, and could very easily house four people. There was plenty of storage, the kitchen was well appointed and equipped, and its proximity to the beaches in Cronulla was perfect! It's a great place to stay - close enough to Sydney while being just far enough away to allow for peace and quiet. And, thanks to Peter at Shire Agents for his professionalism and care. We highly recommend this holiday rental.
