My only suggestion is that the cabin did not have rails to get up the 3 steps at the door. It would be less of a hazard if handrails were there

After a long trip travelling from Parkes after travelling from Toowoomba, QLD, to turn up and have no power, with two kids, one with ASD and certain feeding requirements that need power, being made to alter and hope he didn’t have a meltdown. Turned into a very unhappy stay and honestly, didn’t return for the second night, I drove back to Parkes after a long day in Sydney, it just tainted the stay for us… Also with no communication to a refund or reimbursement, our choice but honestly, we literally paid for a bed, in a hotbox. It was just, a waste.
