The location was great, 5min walking to a train station. The property is in central location and can get noisy. Lovely staff Our room was clean but we have an inconvenient situation with the shower. When you take a shower the water goes out of the shower area.

The staff specially Ramon was very helpful. He gave suggestions on where to go and how to get there. We explored the city using their public transportation as per his recommendations.

Loved the view and parking. Only issue was me and my partner use C pap machines and had to unplug the beside lamps to be able to use them. A power board or extra power points behind the bed would be an advantage.

Great staff front desk. I booked a regular room. I am one leg amputee. Staff helped with accessible setup. Provided shower chair. I had my own suction grab bars. I think it worked for me because I had family members helping. Generally I suggest getting an accessible room.
