Guest Access:
The whole apartment is yours to enjoy.
For the home owners security, only guests who are listed on the security form are allowed access to the property.
The Neighborhood:
The Rocks is Australiaâs colonial history on display in modern-day Sydney. European settlers first arrived at this harbor landing in 1788 and since then The Rocks has been the site of crooked slums, cobbled walkways, hidden courtyards, and convivial pubs. Stories seem to hide in every nook and cranny, but The Rocksâ petite size makes unravelling their yarns an easy (and wholly enjoyable) task for urban sleuths and aimless wanderers.
Getting Around:
International Airport: 20 minutes by cab without traffic
Central Station: 17 minutes by train
Opera House / Circular Quay: 5 minute walk
Bondi Beach: 25 minutes by bus

Australia is a tropical country, from time to time you may see bugs, spiders and insects, mostly harmless. We don't accept cancellations on the above but are at your disposal should you need any assistance. We regularly fumigate the property to prevent unwanted pests.
There is also a building boom going on through out Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighbourhood however if there is works being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.
Lost keys or keys not returned to the lockbox is a call out fee of $350.
The apartment we were allocated was not the same as in the photo. There was no bed made up for my son. The views from the rear windows are not as expected at all, the rear yards are disgusting. The coffee was stuck together and unusable.
I stay in Sydney often and I personally would not stay here again.
At the time I am writing this review we visited 60 countries and NEVER EVER we left a bad review to the property we stayed in. We just simply not the people who like to complain or be negative. But this time I have to make VRBO and travelers aware of this. We were having constant stress staying first at âStunning Home 4â with cockroaches throughout all 13-night stay in every room. That was so disappointing and disgusting. And then we moved floor up to âStunning Home 8â for another 8 nights. No cockroachs there, must be due to higher floor and it was obvious they did pest treatment prior to our check-in, since we already been addressing this issue. Unfortunately Home 8 had another even more annoying issue. No hot water to take shower. We havenât had hot or warm water for first 4 nights at all. We had to go to different apartments every night in this building to take shower, had to deal with plumber coming during our stay few times. And when it seamed like he fixed the water heater there were not enough hot water ever to take quick shower for 2 people. That was so stressful. I had to worry every single night if I will be able to take warm shower. This was horrible. Btw the plumber and the girl who were sent from the host to check on issues we had were both very cordial and tried their best to help. But they are just employees. Our biggest frustration is with the Host of this property. They just donât care, nor they offered us at any point any reimbursement or option to move.
I had a fantastic stay here. The location is excellent, within easy walking distance of The Rocks, Circular Quay, Barangaroo and the CBD, which made getting around Sydney incredibly easy. The hosts were very kind, responsive and quick to help with any requests. Check-in was seamless, with clear instructions that worked perfectly. The apartment itself was clean, bright and very comfortable throughout our stay.I would absolutely recommend staying here. The only thing worth noting is that there is construction work behind the building. That said, I was generally out during working hours, so it did not affect my stay at all.
