Very dirty, rundown rooms, photos doctored to look better. The sheets had stains and the entire room was filthy--covered in dust and dirt, random trash like old coffee pods. There are no closets and hardly anywhere to hang things. Housekeeping won't replace anything unless you ask, including toilet paper. I had to awkwardly go downstairs to reception to ask for toilet paper in my pajamas. There was no body wash in the shower my entire 5 days there--housekeeping just didn't bother to refill it.
