The people in charge of transportation was very rude and kept lying about everything. I wouldn't recommend this hotel for airport shuttle they are not reliable and very rude end up taking an Uber.

When i called for things needed took a while and last day i requested for towels took almost 30 min i had to ask a housekeeper outside for stuff and when i came back from loading stuff in car around 11:15 my door was locked key didn’t work and my son was in room in shower not answering shouldn’t happen when it’s a 12 o’clock checkout time i was very frustrated with that !
