I did not find on the app that there was no pick up at the airport after 10. I booked this hotel because it had airport transportation. I use a scooter. When I got up to check in desk the woman ignored me Apparently she was helping someone but she never acknowledged I was there Then she gave me the key but did not make it clear how to use the elevator. And there was no one to help me with my luggage etc to my room I was charged $10 for parking. I want it refunded t I don't have a car!!! I told the woman at the desk last night the charge quoted wasn't right She never said there was a charge for parking

The room had 2 adjoining room doors, so it was so loud we heard everything. The towel rack was loose and hanging by the nail, the shower head was super low and leaked so bad you could only use one setting. Tub was slow to drain, and there was hair floating around before you even got in. However I did not see any bugs, and it wasn’t disgusting but it definitely wasn’t as clean as one would hope. It was inconvenient that they don’t just have a microwave in the room. The location is not great, I did not feel unsafe , buts it’s also not convenient for anything . One thing I will say is that was the comfiest bed I’ve probably ever slept in. I would say if you are looking for a quick nights stay, it’s definitely not that bad. But if you want a nice comfortable holiday, I wouldn’t recommend it .
