The host was very welcoming and answered all our questions quickly. The apartment was spotless and had everything we needed, including dinnerware, utensils, paper goods, and cleaning supplies. The location was excellent, with many restaurants nearby. We felt very safe with a guard-attended gate and fenced community. The king-sized bed was very comfortable. I hope to stay again next time I visit Tampa, Florida.

Did not stay at the location. Checking was allowed at 4pm. Could not get in contact with the property manager. I went to the property, there was no instructions, messages, or note. The app links would not work, there was no number to call, I gave my number during booking. I waited at the condo for an hr and tried the links which gave me error messages. So, I went home, called my credit card company and reported my problem and made reservation for my family who had flown in, into a hotel and went to work. Property manager said later, her mom was sick so could not reply. Sorry her mom was sick but I could not leave my family stranded before going to work.

Had my parents (visiting from the state of Wisconsin) stay here three nights for my son's graduation and they were very pleased, especially as this location was only 10 minutes from our home. This is significant because my father is somewhat of a homebody and that he was made to feel comfortable with this stay makes me feel hopeful he will want to return to visit soon, and at this very location!Only concern is that there are two small steps shown in the photo, going from the property entrance to the living room/kitchen area that we were not aware of. My mother was hoping for an ADA accommodation and I was worried this was going to be an issue but it definitely wasn't.

A gem of a place in Wesley Chapel

The first thing we noticed was how well kept it was. The layout gives the unit a bigger feel, yet is still cozy for a couple. The owner was most accommodating for us. Our fight in was late and we got to the property late but she was gracious and welcoming. We got a thorough walk through. The view from the lanai is great for morning coffee and winding down in the evening. Overall a great stay and would book again.

Very Tranquil

The neighborhood was great, the location was awesome and the apartment was nice. However, the amenities description did not match what was actually available. (i.e. no pool, no tennis courts, no ocean view and I did not find a bbq grill). Unfortunately, the oven didn't work either.Communication was also lacking. I tried to reach the hosts on 3 different occasions. I finally heard from the host 1 1/2 hours before my check-in time. Jacqueline, however, was very nice and very apologetic for the confusion.Even though there were some short-falls, knowing what I know now about the property details and amenities, I would recommend this property and stay here again if our travels bring us to the Tampa area again.

Super Spot in Saddlebrook

This property is probably the cleanest place we have ever stayed, anywhere! We have rented 3 other Saddlebrook properties in the past, and this is our favorite. Sheets, towels, and dishes are all included. This apartment includes a carport, which is much better than a parking lot. The screened porch looks out on a quiet pond with a fountain.The neighbors are very quiet but friendly. We rented from these folks a few years ago, and we were glad they could accommodate us again this winter! Jackie is very kind and helpful. We will stay here again.

Gated golf course community. A lot of times, pics look way better then in person - not this property. If anything, the pics don't do this property justice. Unfortunately, it was very cold while there and didn't get a chance to enjoy the screened in porch. Grocery/dining a quick 5 min drive. Will definitely stay again on my next trip to the area (son, 2 grandkids, 2 greatgrands in the area).

Great location, quiet, love the porch

Overall this is a great place to stay. Two suggestions. Better instructions for the TV/cable. Figured it out but only because I have had Spectrum in the past. A short note would help others. The kitchen equipment needs replacing. One good set of pots and pans plus some plates/bowls would make a big difference. One or two decent knives. Other than those issues I was very happy.

Comfort and Convenience

We arrived and had one issue, but our host was very quick to take care of the problem. I was very impressed with her care and compassion for our comfort. The location is perfect. There is a Publix, Walmart, Starbucks and eatery, in a 5 minute drive away. I did bring some baking tools and was able to bake cookies, granola and other tasty treats with ease. We love that there is a dedicated traffic light at the entrance/exit to this safe community. The condo was more than we wanted to pay, but it worked so well for us. In fact, we have already scheduled a future stay.

We enjoyed our stay at Jacqueline’s villa. Excellent location, very clean and comfortable with pleasant views from the screened in porch. We also enjoyed the golf and tennis facilities in the Saddlebrook Resort. (This is not included with rental)

Wintering in Florida

This was our second stay in the condo. If you cook like I do, you will need to bring your favorite toys to cook with, like knives, wood cutting board,non-stick skillet. There are stores to shop for food near by. Plenty of golfing and a 1 1/2 hour to the gulf. Traffic is a consideration. Don’t be in a hurry. We would rent again but would be better prepare to bring our stuff with us.

As advertised.

We stay from December 30th-February 2nd and will return February 11th-March 2nd. We winter in Florida and play a lot of golf. This condo is in a golf resort but there are courses more reasonable around. If you like to cook I suggest you bring your favorite knife, cutting board and spices. Otherwise, this kitchen is doable. There’s a Walmart and Publix very close and a few nice eateries. I like to cook so eating out is infrequent. We would come back. Bed is comfortable. Plenty of clean towels. If you are a swimmer like me, the East Pasco WMCA is close by.
