Great rest area with a peaceful environment and affordable price.You will experience a quiet and clean place. Tampa has so much to see and enjoy, close to the ZOO park 3 min away in car. 10 min away from the downtown. Also close 5 min to interstate 275 , close to Bush garden park 20 min and buccaneers and yankee stadium 10 min, additional pet fee , for each pet charge 50 dollars. It’s a separate house 🏡 very private all fenced

When I booked, the host told me that the dates weren’t actually available. But at that point the refund window for me was over so she needed to cancel it in order for me to get a refund. She has still not cancelled and it’s been a week and a half since I booked (and today is the last day of what would have been my trip). I had to book at another place. She has not been responsive to my messages about cancelling so I’m not sure if this is the host scamming or just not being attentive, either way not good! I’ve tried multiple times to get her to communicate and cancel it on her end so I can get a refund (if I do it I won’t get one) and I never leave bad reviews but needed to do SOMETHING about this :/ just double check dates are available when you book!

In a rough looking neighborhood not one i think is good for night life. The shower head was large but about half of the water holes were clogged with calcium build-up and did not work. The water never got hotter then room temperature and the water quality was so bad it irritated our skin so we only tried to take 1 shower. The kitchen and living room was clean and nice. The bedroom was very hot and uncomfortable to sleep in. When we got here there was someone else's body hair all on the bed and my pillow had snot crusty all over it. It was very disgusting. We ended up only getting there at like 12am Friday night and on Saturday we ended up leaving to head home earlier because we could not sleep it was so uncomfortable. I understand this is someones income but it was a horrible experience in our opinions. The host was very ontop of the information giving it to us and i feel bad but this was our honest opinion. We will not be back.

Convention center getaway

The place was super clean, perfect space for my daughter and I for an event at the convention center. Check in was smooth, the host was very accommodating. It was the perfect spot for a quick trip. Would absolutely stay here again. 5 stars. Thank you for the hospitality.

Great Location

We enjoyed staying at Yuliet's place. It was clean, spacious, and the best location! The only point of improvement was the keypad door was difficult to open. Overall, we had the best time!

Was the perfect place for me and my gf to stay during our trip to tampa for a week. Easy check in process and was a lovely/ clean hoouse to either chill during the day or to just come back to at night. Would stay here again next time i visit Florida

THIS PLACE THAT WE RENTING AND DEALING WITH OUR HOST WAS A PERFECT AND EASY PROCESS. SHE WAS ALWAYS THERE FOR US AND THE PROPERTY MADE US FEEL SAFE AND AT HOME. BESIDES THE WIFI, THE CONSTRUCTION, AND THE WATER PRESSURE IN THE SHOWER THIS WAS A VERY BEAUTIFUL PLACE TO STAY. THE INSIDE OF THE PLACE WAS THE HIGHLIGHT OF OUR STAY, IT HAD PLENTY OF AMENITIES TO OFFER THAT MADE OUR STAY SO MUCH BETTER. WOULD DEFINITELY RENT HERE AGAIN!

Nice place to stay if all you’re doing is sleeping there.

My husband and I were out all day so it was a nice place to sleep at night. It’s not really a “hang out” kinda place, but it was nice and clean. Bed wasn’t great, but the bathroom was really nice. Plenty of closet space if you need it, and the full kitchen was nice but we didn’t use it. Also, coffee machine was a little weird and not very high quality.

Guesthouse getaway

We enjoyed this super quiet guesthouse getaway. The house was very clean and the private yard was awesome. It had everything we needed for a fantastic weekend. The host was very friendly and accommodating. I would stay here again in my future travels. Awesome private vacation property.
