The hotel is accessible/walkable to Subway, good resturants, groceries & shopping malls. Staffs are very helpful & friendly. Our room is a little bit small with a king size bed and no enough space for hanging clothes. But overall, I will recommend this hotel.

The room size is good. Bathroom is a bit dated but clean. Location has lots of restaurant options and it’s right next to Hibiya metro line. We enjoyed our time at this location.

Roppongi Station is only steps outside the hotel and convenient to reach Shibuya and Shinjuku. Roppongi also has plenty of restaurants and nightlife options. The hotel is a decent size relative to other Japanese hotels and the staff are quite helpful and friendly.

I've been to Tokyo several times and I know the culture of hotel rooms are expected to be much smaller than american ones. For teh same grade of hotel in America would be average to below par. This was clean and nice and I was pleasantly surprised with the size. Hotel located in a posh subway stop area of Tokyo and I always pick my hotels close to subways. Its Asia, you expected shops and restaurants around the corner in which it was. And of course very polite hotel staff as with the service in general in Japan. Great experience.

Front desk staff were friendly and helpful. Check in and check out was easy and automated but staff were friendly and ready to help if needed. They helped us with the luggage transfer document when we wanted to ship our large suitcase to our next stay in Osaka. Would stay here again.

We enjoyed greatly enjoyed our stay at Comfort Inn Roppongi. Close to subways , restaurants and shopping . Helpful especially to customers who aren’t able to speak Japanese. Great service and large room for a family of 4 with a sofa bed .
