Nice hotel with great staff. 2nd floor lobby is a pain and the elevator always stops there. 7-11 right next door is convenient, but it's always crowded by workers from surrounding buildings. It's a walk to anything so thats another negative. However 10-15min to either Ginza subway or Shiodome isnt bad and you can be flexible about where to visit. Tsukiji is another plus only 10min walk away. Service was excellent. Checkin checkout was simple, they stored our luggage, and we used Airporter service to send our luggage to Haneda. Overall this was a great stay.

Great location in Ginza on a quiet street. Great Japanese breakfast buffet but no western options, so after 2 days we didn’t feel like eating soup or fish and rice for breakfast, no fresh fruit. Great and attentive staff. They helped with sending our luggage to Kyoto. Only thing wifi didn’t work very well, slow and many sites we needed to open didn’t worked at all. We will stay here again. Convenient that the 7 Eleven was just beside Thanks

Area was a fair distance from the metro with all the luggage but good location to shopping and small restaurants along with 7-12, Family mart and Don Quiote. Rooms were a bit tiny but good for sleeping and taking a shower. Nice to have a refrigerator and available microwave in the lounge to use.

Our second holiday to Japan in 6 months and we came back here as we loved it the first time. Good size room (we paid for the larger room) great facilities and amenities. Staff friendly and helpful. Hotel is very clean and in great condition. Plus the 7eleven downstairs is so handy. 10 min walk in either direction gets you to the subway with a choice of lines, great location and just a short walk into the main hustle bustle of Ginza.

Hotel was nice and clean was a little disappointed that the staff seemed unwilling to be flexible in order to help us as a family of four for example we were there for five days and didn’t have a room cleaned once because they would only clean our room every day at 1:30 and my two-year-old would be asleep during that time among other things that came up that the hotel was unwilling to help us with. However, the location was great. The hotel was clean great security would recommend staying there without children.

I had a great experience at this hotel during my one week stay. If you take the airport limousine bus from Narita airport, this hotel is only a two minute walk from the last Ginza stop which is at the Courtyard Marriot. I also took the limousine bus back to the airport and the staff allowed me to kill time in the lobby with my luggage until it was my time to leave. The room itself was very clean and cozy. I was able to comfortably open two big suitcases on the floor and arrange my things. Everyday they leave you new pajamas, water, towels and slippers. Additional amenities are available in the lobby and you can take them whenever you need. It was cold in Japan when I went (35 - 55F) but the room was warm and I slept comfortably. The shower/bath water temperature can get as hot as you need it to which is nice. There is a small fridge for you to store food as well. The surrounding area is also nice and safe. The streets are nicely lit and some people are usually walking around in some capacity. Lots of food options in the immediate area to choose from as well. The elevator details a food truck schedule too if you're interested. The trains are about 6-10 min away walking depending on your walking speed but the area is so beautiful that you don't even notice the time go by as you're walking to the station. There is lots to do and it is in a convenient location. I would definitely recommend and also return to this hotel again. Thank you very much for your lovely hospitality.

This is the 4th time we have stayed at this hotel and we love it, it’s in a great location for accessing all areas of Tokyo on the subway. Also love that the 7/11 is attached to the hotel, very convenient. The staff are always lovely and have my 7 year old daughter some slippers and My Melody tissues. We are disappointed it will be our last stay as they don’t allow children to stay over the age of 8 in the room as 3 people so we would need to book two rooms which would increase the cost.

Could not have asked for a better location. Close to subway, great shopping and food and yet tucked away for some quiet after a hard day of site seeing. The hotel staff is helpful and hotel in itself is clean and classy. Also did I mention that they have don Quixote 5-7 mins walk from the hotel ! Will stay here again.
