Our flight was early and we requested to check in early at 9am and the front desk lady didnt let us chrck until 230pm she kepts saying none of rhe rooms are clean yet. Then one of the night we wrnt to ask for extra towels and the guys at the from desk said oh i only have two towels and gave us extra shower mats to use as towels. How do u not have extra amount of towels in a hotel? I also asked one night the front desk if they had salt and the front desk guy replied so rudly saying no this isnt a resterunt. Not coming back here again!

The food was not that great.may be bec of too much people? It got me scared when I went for breakfast, there were lots& lots of people. Where are these people came from?Not too much car in the parking lot & some of them, they’ll just cut you off.I was just a bit off balanced by it. Overwhelming for me,including the conference room, it was full! The bed was comfy,my husband was comfortable- he has a bad back,bec of this, he became handicapped. The pool was dirty,full of human hair. My husband & I was able to scoop a lot!!It was gross! And I killed 2 small cockroach crawling on the floor. But all in all the Staffs are very accommodating & very warm, esp. Macqueen.

Breakfast was decent with fruits, daily room service and comfortable environment. Staff was pleasant and willing to assist. Common areas such as the lounge, eating areas and bathrooms were always clean. Coffee and hot water station available 24/7. Sofa bed feels a bit outdated and is harsh on the body, would recommend changing or adding more padding. Overall stay was good, will book again. The main bed made you feel like not moving in the morning, it was so comfortable and the room was very relaxing.

Good hotel. Breakfast is very good as well.

Overall it was a good hotel. The fact that they host refugees they should have it mentioned somewhere. The staff are the best. They are doing a fantastic job at keeping that place maintained at the level they are. Hats off to the dedicated team. Brekfast coffee and omelet is of very good quality.
