-Down the hall past the full bath, the third bedroom has a bunk bed with two Twin-Sized beds and a desk.
-The Home Office has a large desk, ergonomic office chair, and extra computer monitors.
-The Basement has an additional family room area with couch and TV, elliptical, ping-pong table, chess table, piano, toddler corner, board games, puzzles and a large full bathroom with a second steam shower.
-The main floor has a magnificent formal, yet comfortable, living room with a baby grand piano.
-The Dining Room seats 8 and is conveniently located right off the kitchen.
-The Kitchen has every cooking apparatus and kitchen tool you could need. In addition to major appliances, there is an air fryer, vitamix, and instant pot.
Guest access
Guests will have the entire home to themselves. Convenient keypad entry and use of expansive and completely private backyard. Quiet and secluded, yet conveniently located just minutes away from Route 8 and Bridgeport Avenue with quick access to major grocery stores, restaurants, and shopping plazas.

Due to the homeowner's storage needs, guests will not have access to the garage. Two cars can easily park at the top of the driveway, and there is free street parking always available at the bottom of the driveway as well.

Storage needs also require that a small room in the basement is locked, as well as an auxiliary room on the second floor. (These rooms are not featured in any listing photos.) All listing photos of the home's interior are available for our guests.
Other things to note
Stays longer than 2 weeks may receive an additional, complimentary mid-stay cleaning that works with your schedule.

It's possible that long-term stays beyond 1 month may be considered on an individual basis. Please inquire.

Unfortunately, as much as we love animals, we have a strict NO Pets policy.

Please be assured that we respect our guests' privacy at all times. We have a Ring Security Camera at the front door and one overlooking the backyard. There is only one indoor security camera and that is located in the basement by the washer/dryer for the sole purpose of monitoring the pipes and utilities so any unexpected maintenance issues can be addressed promptly.
