Lots of unmet potential. The fitness room shouldn't be listed as an amenity because it's stocked with outdated, undesirable exercise equipment, so I had to make alternate plans. Likewise, the hot tub was "Out of Order" with no further explanation. Key cards often failed for both the elevator and room. The weekend brunch was an expensive disappointment. So with all of that, why would I consider coming back?
