If you are a light sleeper, you will not be able to sleep at night. You hear peoples footsteps from upstairs all night long. Other than that, the place is nice and the owner is accommodating.

Property was equipped with what we needed, it wasn’t close to downtown Vancouver, but bus stop close bye. We were able to do our laundry which was helpful. Kitchen equipped with all you need, it is a bit tired looking but overall fine. Overall we had a pleasant stay.

Ons verblijf was fijn! De bedden, inclusief de Murphey bed, zijn heel fijn. Een heerlijke douche en verder alles wat je nodig hebt is aanwezig. Makkelijk te bereiken en voldoende parkeerruimte.Zelf hadden we de 1e nacht geluidshinder van de bovenverdieping en hoorden we lang en veel water door de leiding lopen. 2e nacht was dat een heel stuk minder. The property seemed a little more rundown than what it look like in the picture. Baseboards in the bathroom and kitchen were dirty and some Werw taped to the wall.

Although the place 2was relatively clean. When we first arrived, the laundry machines were being used making noise we didn’t want to hear. You can hear all the walking and noise from the floor above late and again around 6:30-7 am when we were trying to sleep in.If it wasn’t for the noise, we would’ve been fine. The beds were good enough, although the place was dated, and the TV didn’t even have basic channels (not a big deal) without the noise, they would’ve received at least 3 stars.

Lovely home

Over all it was a lovely little home. The only issue we had was there was barely enough hot water to shower properly and there is an ant infestation which we would have liked to have been told about. There were ant traps located around the suite and the ants were only really prominent in the one bedroom. Other than that we enjoyed our stay

Amazing Stay in Surrey - Highly Recommend!

We had a wonderful stay at this property in Surrey! The place was impeccably clean, spacious, and well-maintained. With two comfortable bedrooms, a convenient kitchen, and a cozy family room, it felt like a home away from home. The parking space on the property was a great convenience, and the location was perfect with easy access to routes leading to Vancouver, New Westminster, and other surrounding areas. We especially appreciated the beautiful park right across the street, which provided a lovely spot for a morning walk. Our host, Michael, was incredibly responsive and helpful throughout our stay. I’m particularly thankful that he let us know when my daughter accidentally left our car running in the driveway—such attentiveness and care made all the difference! The check-in and check-out procedures were crystal clear and easy to follow, making the whole experience smooth and stress-free. We couldn’t have asked for a better place to stay in Surrey, and we highly recommend this property to anyone looking for a comfortable and convenient stay.

Wonderful hosts. Very available and great communication. The place was nice, clean and very comfortable. Great neighborhood. The only complaint we had was the noise from upstairs is quite loud in the suite.
