Fantastic location. Room was large and had everything we needed. Breakfast included at a nearby location (2 minute walk). No lift access so heavy cases need to be lifted up stairs, however we were offered help with our luggage to our room which was great. Friendly and helpful staff.

Great location in St. Mark’s Square. Rooms are very nice, staff was super helpful, and views from room was pretty good. My only complain is that it seemed like online that there would be a terrace for us to go to get breakfast each morning. In reality it seems no such terrace exists, and breakfast is served at one of their sister properties nearby.

What a gem on a middle of a busiest area of Saint Marco square. We love it so much to the point being g sad to leave . We stayed in a room 306 facing two almost floor height windows to Basilica St.Marco and its square . Stunning views and very quiet inside . No problem to sleep whatsoever. Beautifully appointed room and bathroom .Great AC !!! Amazing experience! Will stay again in a heartbeat!!
